Our Approach
Healing the whole self
Our belief
To find healing, you have to embrace a New Life in every part of yourself: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Addiction touches the whole person, so we treat the whole person. Our approach draws on entheogenic plant medicine traditions and comprehensive integration practices that tend to all four together, not as separate parts.
The four pillars
Four parts, one path
Spiritual
Our first focus is helping you build a personal, intuitive connection with your Creator. This is the cornerstone of recovering from addiction and living with real balance. Through your own spiritual insights, the study of wisdom traditions, and the search for self-knowledge, you begin to find your purpose and align your life with it. Discovering that purpose, and living it, is both the foundation and the goal of our program.
- Guided spiritual work with sacrament
- Integration of spiritual traditions
- Study of spiritual philosophy
- Instruction in spiritual practice
- Bringing spirituality into daily life
Mental
Real well-being starts with getting your own mind back. Our thoughts shape our reality, so we lean on meditation and mindfulness as core tools for healing and building healthier mental habits. When you learn to quiet the mind and settle your nervous system, you can make choices that serve your goals instead of ones that lead to harm. From there, a more intentional and balanced life becomes possible.
- Meditation
- Mindfulness
- Self-reflection
- Self-coaching
Emotional
Healing from trauma takes time, but you don't have to take the first steps alone. Addiction often grows from feelings and wounds we've buried, so in both group and private sessions with skilled practitioners, we help you begin to surface and face them. Alongside your peers and coaches, you practice honest communication and authentic self-expression every day. Those habits are the ground for lasting emotional health and stronger relationships, and you carry the tools home with you.
- Group and private therapeutic sessions
- Energetic clearing
- Emotional regulation
- Healthy communication skills
Physical
Addiction and the pace of modern life lead many people to neglect the body. Most arrive needing help to cleanse, balance, and recalibrate. We build new habits around you, with a personal approach to movement, diet, and sleep that you can actually sustain. Holistic care rounds it out, from acupuncture to herbalists who suggest herbs and dietary changes to support your healing.
- Fitness and nutrition
- Acupuncture and herbalism
- Yoga and other movement
- Massage and somatic bodywork
Our philosophy of care
Harm reduction
We embrace a harm reduction philosophy because it is honest about how healing actually happens. Everyone's journey is different, and change rarely runs in a straight line. Instead of enforcing rigid expectations, we make space for honesty, agency, and self-awareness.
That means room to build trust with yourself and others while you explore lasting changes at a pace you can keep. By meeting you where you are, without judgment, we help lay the ground for real, long-term healing rooted in choice, connection, and community.

Is a fire without heat
It is a weak thought
And a body without worth”
